Conservation week activity : Walking the Pink Path

Walking and Cycling is good for your health and the environment. Do you know that our government has put in 18 million dollar on the Auckland CBD cycle way project? It is part of $200m of cycle improvements in Auckland over the next three years.

Government’s Urban Cycleways Programme has been jointly delivered by the NZ Transport Agency, Auckland Council and Auckland Transport.

Have you seen the beautiful Pink Path (it was called “The Light path”) that runs over the very busy motorways. It is for the cyclers and also for walkers. The light path has had 160,000 trips across it as off July 2016. Where does it begin ? CCET is going to take you have a walk. We can only take 40 people. Please register ASAP.
